Delivery charges

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50 within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and a charge a fair £2.99 otherwise. We use a variety of couriers but most often 'Royal Mail Signed For' for standard deliveries and DPD for next day.

We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders after this will be usually be dispatched the next working day. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Expedited delivery: We offer a next day courier service for just £6.50 (UK Mainland only) for orders received before 2pm. This service does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you need expedited delivery on Sat please let us know and we'll give you a quote. We don't charge anything extra for remote postcodes but please be aware that delivery times may be longer. 

As part of our environmental policy we send our orders out in 100% biodegradable packaging.

Undeliverable addresses: we cannot cannot re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us due to an undeliverable address. When a carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable we’ll issue you a full refund, including the delivery costs.  If you'd still like to purchase the items in the parcel you'll need to place a new order.

International Shipping

To keep things simple we offer flat rate shipping for international orders.  Orders to Europe cost just £7.50 and worldwide £9.99. We use either Skynet, DPD or the postal service depending on the rate and country. 

If you would like your order sent by Fedex or other courier, we charge at exact cost so please contact us for a quote. 

Please be aware of your country's laws regarding import duties and taxes as you may be liable for charges when your goods enter the country. These charges are outside our control. 

Nonpayment of import duties may incurr a returns charge levied by customs and or the carrier which we will pass on to you.



Shop with confidence! We want you to be delighted with your items but if for any reason you want to return or exchange your order we offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.  Because we are closing down we have reduced the returns period to 14 days.  We kindly ask that you return the items in an unused and saleable condition. Please drop us an email or include a note with either your order number number or your name and a telephone number in case we need to call you. 

As long as the items are in saleable condition with original packaging / labels  we offer a full refund, credit note or exchange at the price you paid for the item(s).

You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us unless the goods are faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds include the postage price paid except in the case of expedited delivery. As per the Customer Contracts Regulations, refunds on expedited orders will be for the price of standard postage only.  (If you have received free-expedited delivery your order will be refunded in full as usual).

Please include your packing slip or a note with your name or order number and a daytime telephone number. 

We suggest using Myhermes for returning items in the UK as your package will be tracked and insured for less than it would cost with Royal Mail. You can find their site here.You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please mark your package please mark the package with UK RETURNED GOODS to prevent delays due to customs charges being levied on them.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We hope this never happens but we are human and occasionally the wrong item will be sent out. In the unlikely event of a faulty or mis-described item please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a pre-paid packet to return the item to us. Please wait for us to provide you with a postage label and do not post back until we have supplied this.  Once we have received the item in the same condition as we sent it in, we will arrange a full refund or exchange.
